The Mediator

Tony Cavanagh is an NMAS/AMDRAS nationally accredited mediator, with more than 35 years’ experience as a commercial litigator, negotiator and advocate. 

Tony is also legally qualified and has wide experience in professional indemnity claims, general commercial disputes such as contract, shareholder and leasing matters; wills and estates disputes; personal injury claims and employment and workplace problems. 

Having participated in well over 100 mediations himself, and experienced the different dynamics in a range of disputes arising from different areas of law, he has the background to help disputing parties try to resolve their disputes.

He also conducts workplace investigations relating to workplace conduct issues such as bullying and harassment, together with allegations of breach of corporate or workplace policies.
